This was my second time using La Bella. Great place! I feel very welcomed and the technicians are great, I personally really like that they don’t rush you through, they do their job with care!! Really loved my colour changing nails - hard to pick with so many nice colours!
After many years of mall nail salons I decided to do some research and try to find a nail salon that actually did what a nail salon should do. I was expecting an outstanding experience with meticulous detail to foot and hand care especially cuticles and rough skin treatment as per their website description. I booked a classic manicure with standard polish ($60) and the signature pedicure with gel polish ($90). I was so disappointed. I had my manicure first. No hand soaking, was just dipped in a bowl of water. No hand massage. The whole manicure felt extremely rushed. My cuticles were trimmed but certainly not to perfection. I moved on to my pedicure and was a little dismayed I had the same technician. When I booked it stated two different names so I was hopeful the pedicure would make up for the manicure. The promised copper bowl appeared and my feet were dipped in this for no longer than a minute. Once again, the cuticle care was minimalist and the attention to skin on my feet was abysmal. I watched the lady next to me have her feet and calves massaged and thought maybe she had booked a different package. She hadn’t, it was just my technician decided to do the massage after my toenails had already been painted which is very odd. The painting is normally the last part of the pedicure. I declined the massage at this stage as I just wanted to leave. I really don’t think it would have been worth staying for. When I went to pay the charge had increased by $15 to remove the gel polish off my toes. I said that when booking online this service comes up at $0. She took the $15 off as I didn’t have the massage. I’ve never done a google review before but this experience for the dollars spent still has me riled the day after the fact! Very disappointing experience for a large sum of money.

Gone there for my wedding and some of my bridesmaids and we were all super happy with the quality of service and attention to detail.
I have never had a professional Mani & pedicure before. Labella made this experience relaxing and a great experience as preparation to my wedding day. They did an amazing job and I loved my nails for the wedding day. My gel fingernails are still going strong after 2 weeks. Thanks for the great experience! I love that they are trying their best to use eco friendly products.

Lovely experience. Friendly service, nit rushed, massage chair was amazing! Foot massage even better and my nails are very happy, what more could a girl need!
